Creating our collective future
At Midlite, we are what we do every day. We transform our thought processes into a set of well-rooted habits that guide our actions on every worksite.
our eh&s goals
EH&S Culture &
Initiatives
While rules, testing, and training are very important to us, we know that genuine on-site safety comes down to culture. The first step is to have respect for the high level of risk in the work we do. We express gratitude for each day we get to go home safe to our families.
Second, we act as a team, using use creative EH&S initiatives to inspire each other to go the extra mile in mitigating risk to ourselves, those around us, and the environment. These reminders provide opportunities for reflection and preventive action.
Our EH&S efforts have not gone unnoticed. In 2017, our safety initiatives earned us the Outstanding Safety Culture Award from the Fort McMurray Construction Association.
